Senior Leasing Broker:

Job Description: Responsible for developing and managing Chicago Real Estate Resources’ commercial leasing business. The Senior Leasing Broker will be expected to generate and secure new listings, participate in networking events to expand our reputation in the commercial leasing market.

Duties include developing a multi-family, retail and office space and industrial brokerage business by aggressively targeting and prospecting and institutions. The Senior Leasing Broker will be expected to research and summarize local real estate market overviews, increase the current client base, and work with a team selling listings in the office.

Required Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills and Experience: At least 5-7 years experience in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in leasing or investment sales. An Illinois Real Estate Broker License will be required.

Strong analytical, technical and communications (oral and written) skills. Strong interpersonal skills, sales and marketing experience, highly organized and detail-oriented, highly proficient with MS Office Suite, able to perform under demanding time constraints and deadlines. Ability to set priorities and self-manage with minimal supervision, thrives in a business development and client-oriented environment, and desire to be involved with a broad range of real estate transactions and interface directly with senior transaction professionals in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation: Commission based, easily earn six figures with unlimited potential. Brokers at CRER enjoy commission potential which exceeds other similar brokerage operations due to Chicago Real Estate Resources’ above standard commission split.

Investment Sales Broker:

Job Description: Our newest team members will work with clients to help them find the perfect investment property. The position requires someone that is driven by success and is willing to work hard, including evenings and weekends. Candidates will participate in accountability meetings, sales tracking and prospecting, and maintaining the company’s positive image.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
